GRAM – Integrated Business Management System

GRAM is an integrated business management platform designed to connect the complete operational lifecycle of an organization in one system.

The Presales module manages leads from Cold Opportunity through RFQ, Feasibility, Proposal, and Expected PO, while keeping internal costing and margins separate from the client-facing proposal.

Once a purchase order is confirmed, Project Management automatically converts the deal into a project while carrying forward the complete sales history.

The Purchase & Procurement module manages demand sheets, vendor quotations, purchase approvals, technical checks, commercial approvals, deliveries, and open invoices.

For ongoing operations, Postsales provides scheduled 30-day site audits using standardized checklists, while O&M handles issues escalated from these audits through technician assignment, inspection, and resolution.

GRAM also includes HRMS for attendance, payroll, tax deductions, and leave management, along with Accounts for payments, expenses, advances, approvals, and cash-flow visibility.

The Proposal Management module connects directly with Presales, allowing teams to build proposals and pricing without duplicating information.

In short: GRAM connects sales, projects, procurement, operations, HR, and finance into one unified business workflow.
