B. Client project IP
Custom work delivered under a client contract is governed by that contract. These website Terms do not transfer client intellectual property.

A. Accuracy
Information you submit via /contact, product comments, or /careers must be truthful and complete to the best of your knowledge. False resumes or impersonation may lead to rejection and further action where appropriate.
B. Recruitment materials
By uploading a resume or answering application questions, you grant Isaii a limited licence to store, review, and share that material internally for hiring related to current or reasonably anticipated roles. We do not sell candidate data. See the Privacy Policy for retention and erasure.
C. Product comments & feedback
You retain ownership of your comment text. You grant Isaii a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display your comment and email on the related product page and to use feedback for operating and improving our products and services. Do not submit information you are not willing to appear publicly. We may moderate or remove comments that are abusive, unlawful, spam, or off-topic.

The site may link to third-party websites or apps (for example LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, X, product demos, or cloud vendors). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Isaii is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. Use them at your own risk.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to the public website under these Terms is limited to INR 5,000 (or the minimum amount required by mandatory law, if higher).
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Isaii harmless from claims and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the site, or violation of third-party rights — except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Exclusive forum
Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the website, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
