This Privacy Policy explains how Isaii Technologies (“Isaii”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use our websites and related services, including isaii.in, www.isaii.in, and admin.isaii.in.
We are an AI, SaaS, and custom software consultancy based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. This policy covers the public marketing site, contact forms, product pages and comments, the careers portal, and the authenticated admin workspace used by our team.
We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act, India) and apply privacy practices aligned with widely recognised international standards, including principles reflected in the GDPR, where they are relevant to how we operate.

2. Data We Collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you, run hiring, improve our products, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal data.
Contact & project inquiries
- • Identity: name, email, phone number
- • Message: project details you write in the form
- • Context (optional): related service, product, or case study, plus any page return path stored in your browser (so we can understand the inquiry)
- • Meta: submission timestamp
Careers applications
- • Identity: name, email, phone, location
- • Experience fields: as enabled for that role (for example years of experience, LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio, cover letter)
- • Answers: role-specific screening questions
- • Documents: resume/CV (PDF, DOC, or DOCX, up to 10 MB) when requested
- • Hiring records: application status, internal notes, and interview scheduling details created by our team
Product comments
- • Email and the comment text you submit
- • Product the comment relates to
- • Submission time (and admin read status for our team)
- • Public display: your email and comment text may appear on the product page after you submit
Technical & security logs
- • IP address, user-agent, request path, and timestamps (typical web server / reverse-proxy logs)
- • Used for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and uptime — not for advertising profiling

5. Where Data Is Stored
We use trusted infrastructure providers as processors to host and deliver the site:
MongoDB
Structured data such as inquiries, applications, comments, and site settings.
Cloudflare R2 (or local uploads)
File storage for resumes and media assets, with access controls and encryption features provided by the platform.
Application hosting
Our production servers (for example Linux + Nginx + TLS) that serve the website and APIs.
Depending on provider regions, data may be processed outside India. We select reputable vendors and apply appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
6. How Long We Keep Data

7. Careers Portal & Resumes
Applications submitted through /careers (including general applications) are used only for recruitment and related internal hiring workflows.
Internal access
Resumes and answers are available to authorised hiring staff through our admin tools — not published on the public site.
Upload controls
Resume uploads are limited to PDF/DOC/DOCX and capped at 10 MB, with server-side validation.
To request deletion of an application or resume, email connect@isaii.in with the subject “Data Erasure - Recruitment” and enough detail for us to locate your submission (for example the email used to apply).
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law (including the DPDP Act), you may request to:
Access
Ask what personal data we hold about you in connection with this website.
Correction
Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete details.
Erasure
Ask us to delete inquiries, applications, or comments where we are not required to keep them.
Withdraw consent
Withdraw consent for optional processing, without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and some requests may be limited where retention is required for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
9. Security
- HTTPS / TLS for traffic between your browser and our servers.
- Access control for admin tools (password hashing and signed session cookies).
- Upload validation for resumes and media (type and size checks).
- No security measure is perfect. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, contact connect@isaii.in.
10. Children
Our website and careers portal are intended for adults (18+) and organisations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy. Material changes may also be highlighted on the site or through other reasonable notice.
