Generative AI Developer

We are looking for a motivated Generative AI Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Python, Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI application development. The candidate will work on developing AI-powered applications, integrating generative AI models and APIs, and building practical solutions using modern AI technologies.

As a Generative AI developer, your responsibilities include developing and integrating Generative AI solutions for real-world applications by working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs using Python. You will design, develop, and integrate APIs for AI-based applications, while implementing advanced prompt engineering techniques to improve model responses across text generation, summarization, question answering, and conversational AI applications. A key focus involves exploring and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, utilizing vector databases and embeddings for AI applications. Additionally, you will test, evaluate, and improve AI model outputs, debug and optimize AI applications for performance and reliability, collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders, and thoroughly document AI workflows, experiments, and implementations.

Target Background / Education

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related disciplines.
• MCA or equivalent qualification.
• Candidates with relevant AI/ML projects, internships, or practical experience are preferred.
